Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
You will not transmit any worms or computer viruses or any code of a destructive nature.

PRICES AND TAXES
- The prices of our online store are expressed in Mexican pesos, and include VAT for purchases made in Mexico.
- For international purchases, it is the buyer's responsibility to pay import taxes and customs duties corresponding to the laws of their country.
- We use the DHL Express service for international shipments. DHL will temporarily take care of customs charges for the release of the order through customs. After that, the buyer must pay the import charges and other corresponding fees to the DHL shipping company so that the order is delivered.
- Shipping costs (as long as it is not an order with free shipping) must be paid by the customer.

The prices of our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or interruption of the Service.
ORDER PREPARATION
When you place your order, it will be confirmed by email within the next 24 hours.
The order preparation time is between 1 and 2 days and it will be sent on a business day.
If you placed your order before 12:00 noon (Quintana Roo State time); your order will be sent the next day if it is a business day.
SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERY TIMES
All our shipments will be made through the DHL shipping company.
For international shipments, the "DHL Express" service will be used, which will deliver your order within 2 to 3 business days in the USA and Canada, and within 3 to 5 business days in Europe; taking into account the order preparation time.
For national shipments, the "DHL Next Day" service will be used, with which you will receive your order the next day, after the order preparation time.
The customer must provide all the required information correctly to avoid delays in the delivery of your order.
If there is any delay in delivery by the shipping company, we are not responsible. It is the customer's duty to contact the shipping company.
It is the customer's responsibility to check the path of their shipment in case it arrives before or after the expected date.

We accept payments with debit or credit cards without additional charge.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards.
We accept payments with Apple Pay and Google Pay.
