Obsidian mirror lenses, handcrafted from natural obsidian. Their design is inspired by the legacy of the Aztec and Mayan cultures, where obsidian mirrors had important ritual uses and were associated with communication with the spiritual realm. They also evoke the Mexican tradition of using obsidian mirrors to observe solar eclipses.
