Handmade ammonite fossil necklace in brass. Wire wrapping technique. Stainless steel chain with gold plating.
The marvelous ammonites were real snails with tentacles that existed approximately 400 million years ago. They became extinct along with the dinosaurs when the asteroid struck, wiping out most other species on Earth.
Their bodies were buried and, over millions of years, underwent a process of fossilization, turning to stone. Now we can observe them filled with quartz and various minerals and crystals.
The ammonite is a symbol of transformation, resilience, and inner strength.
Wear this wonderful necklace and carry a piece of the planet's history with you.
