The arrow is a powerful symbol of strength and courage. It is carved from rough black obsidian and set in tumbaga with a small amber stone.
Obsidian is the quintessential Mexican stone. It is an igneous rock that forms when volcanic magma cools and solidifies upon reaching the surface.
It was used by Aztec goldsmiths and warriors to make spears, knives, mirrors, and, of course, jewelry. This is why obsidian is a symbol of power and protection against negative energies.
Its black color is reminiscent of the night and its volcanic origin makes it even more special and mysterious.

Composition and recommendations for use:
Avoid contact with water.
Polish with any metal polishing liquid or compound every 15 days or once a month. (e.g., Dialux White, Dialux Yellow, Liquid Brasso, etc.)
Tumbaga is a metal that ancient Indigenous American goldsmiths used to make their jewelry. It was once a mixture of gold and copper. Currently, the tumbaga found on the market is a mixture of 85% copper and 15% zinc. This is why its color tends to be more reddish, while brass tends to be more yellowish.
With the natural oxidation process, after 15 days, you'll see the metal darken or dull, taking on a bronze color. For this reason, we recommend polishing it every 15 days or at least once a month. This way, it will regain its golden color and shine like the first time. It can be polished infinitely, and the jewelry will last forever.
